This watch was ordered as a Christmas gift and arrived very promptly. It was packaged very well and the watch itself was beautiful! Nice leather strap and the face is the perfect size.

I was so excited to get this watch as the Red Wings finished their season last year - For about 2 months the watch kept good time - I started to notice the time was off by 15 mins almost everyday -- I would reset the time but soon stop trusting what time it was -- the minute and hour hands are loose -- if I shake the watch a little bit they move -- trying to get a replacement watch from an on line purchase is frustrating. Amazon doesn't take ownership and refers you to the manufacturer. In this case the manufacturer hasn't helped me. So now I'm stuck with a RED WING watch I cannot wear this season -- what a waste of [...] bucks :-( I wish I would have bought this item at a store -- I could have at least brought it back!

Bought this watch as anniversary gift for my "Red Wings Fan" hubby. Looks even better in person than it did on the screen. Only negative...even though this is a "man's" watch, the leather band is too long. My husband is not a "big" guy and even on the last hole, the band is too big. Over all, a very nice product and reasonable price.
